Purpose & Vision
SusHi Tech Global launched in September 2025 is a global initiative designed to expand the vision and activities of SusHi Tech Tokyo—"Realizing sustainable cities through high technology"—to the world.
Tokyo Metropolitan Government has been promoting SusHi Tech Tokyo globally under the concept of addressing humanity's shared challenge of building sustainable cities and societies through technology.
Through SusHi Tech Global, Tokyo Metropolitan Government provides comprehensive public-private support for startups, particularly those in the growth or mid-to-late stages, that develop technologies aimed at solving urban challenges and creating new value.
By promoting startups that embody the concept of SusHi Tech Tokyo on a global scale, Tokyo aims to spark innovation from Japan to the world and contribute to the realization of sustainable cities and societies.
