Personal Information Protection Policy

Deloitte Tohmatsu Venture Support Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") handles personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information") obtained through activities related to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government project SusHi Tech Global (hereinafter referred to as "the Project"). The Organization appropriately manages the collection, use, and handling of Personal Information as outlined below and implements measures to ensure its security.

The Organization acquires Personal Information through appropriate means and does not obtain it through fraudulent methods.

The Organization uses acquired Personal Information only within the scope of the stated purposes. If the Organization intends to use the information beyond the stated purposes, it will obtain prior consent from the individual.
When acquiring Personal Information, the Organization will clearly specify its intended use. If the purpose of use changes, consent from the individual will be obtained.
In implementing the Project, the Organization may delegate the handling of Personal Information to third parties. In such cases, the Organization will ensure proper management of Personal Information, including entering into agreements with the contractors regarding its handling.

The Organization will obtain the individual's prior consent before providing Personal Information to third parties, except in cases stipulated by law. Personal Information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

A management supervisor is assigned to ensure the secure handling of Personal Information.
The Organization periodically reviews its management system and practices to ensure continuous improvement in the protection of Personal Information.
Employees and staff handling Personal Information receive training on its protection and proper management to ensure appropriate handling within the Project.

6. Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use

If individuals request disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of their Personal Information based on the Personal Information Protection Act, the Organization will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Use of Cookies
