(hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") handles personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information") obtained through activities related to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government project SusHi Tech Global (hereinafter referred to as "the Project"). A management supervisor is assigned to ensure the secure handling of Personal Information.
The Organization periodically reviews its management system and practices to ensure continuous improvement in the protection of Personal Information.
Employees and staff handling Personal Information receive training on its protection and proper management to ensure appropriate handling within the Project.
6. Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use
If individuals request disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of their Personal Information based on the Personal Information Protection Act, the Organization will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws.
